Job Duties
- Run dishes and silverware through dish machine following proper procedures
- clean and maintain certain equipment and areas as designated by management
- keep dish room clean at all times
- keep sufficient supply of china, silverware, trays, cups, and glasses during service periods
- clean dish machine after every meal
- sweep and mop dish room floor at the end of each day, and empty mop bucket
- de-lime the dish machine once a week
- scrub and soak all stained cups weekly
- exercise extreme caution and carefully follow instructions when using chemicals
- follow cleaning schedule using clean as you go techniques
- maintain communication with management about products and supplies
- follow uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene
- follow Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards and Smile Plus imperatives
- assist fellow associates whenever possible
- perform other duties as assigned by management
