Job Qualifications

- previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
- ability to operate dishwashing equipment

Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a fun environment
- keep immediate supervisor informed of problems and take corrective action
- use all chemicals properly for safety and cost control
- operate dishwashing equipment safely and correctly
- clean and sanitize dishware, flatware, and glassware
- sort dishware and flatware carefully to avoid loss
- clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans, and utensils
- adhere to safety and sanitation policies
- handle all glassware and dishware carefully to prevent breakage
- empty trash and maintain trash cans
- assist kitchen staff with pressure point relief as needed
- assist with line maintenance, sweeping, and clearing dirty dishes
- support preparation and banquet items as directed
- clean and maintain kitchen, floors, walls, drains, and mats
- maintain cleanliness and stocking of kitchen storage areas
- assist other team members as needed
- foster cooperative and harmonious working relationships
- maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during shifts
