Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
  • ability to operate dishwashing equipment
  • knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures

  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a fun environment
  • keep immediate supervisor informed of problems and take corrective action
  • use all chemicals properly for safety and cost control
  • operate dishwashing equipment safely and correctly
  • clean and sanitize dishware, flatware, and glassware
  • sort dishware and flatware carefully to avoid loss
  • clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans, and utensils
  • adhere to safety and sanitation policies
  • handle all glassware and dishware carefully to prevent breakage
  • empty trash and maintain trash cans
  • assist kitchen staff with pressure point relief as needed
  • assist with line maintenance, sweeping, and clearing dirty dishes
  • support preparation and banquet items as directed
  • clean and maintain kitchen, floors, walls, drains, and mats
  • maintain cleanliness and stocking of kitchen storage areas
  • assist other team members as needed
  • foster cooperative and harmonious working relationships
  • maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during shifts
