Job Requirements
- must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capability to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts
- ability to work well in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a dishwasher or similar role is an advantage
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- ability to adhere to safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- clean and maintain all restaurant areas
- clean and sanitize all dishware, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
- operate dishwasher and other equipment safely and correctly
- empty trash from the kitchen and other areas
- work as a team supporting cooks with prep work, making Cheddar Bay Biscuits, and other tasks as needed
- focus on the team and customers ensuring every decision prioritizes them
- follow all cleaning and safety protocols
