Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Operate dishwashing machines and cleaning tools efficiently
- Ensure all sanitized items meet health and safety standards
- Assist kitchen staff as needed to support overall workflow
- Follow all company policies regarding hygiene and safety
- Manage waste disposal and recycling according to guidelines
- Report any maintenance or equipment issues promptly
