Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Read and write handwritten notes
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Walk or stand 100% of shift
- Reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous maintenance experience at a hotel or restaurant is preferred but not required
- Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with guests and team members
- Must be disciplined and self-motivated
- Able to smile and maintain a friendly attitude during day, night and weekend shifts
- Must adhere to dress guidelines and maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance
Job Duties
- Delivers an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment
- Keeps immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters and takes corrective action or suggests alternatives
- Uses all chemicals properly in correct quantities for safety and cost control
- Safely operates all equipment
- Cleans and sanitizes all dishware, flatware and glassware
- Sorts dishware and flatware to ensure none are lost or disposed of
- Cleans and sanitizes kitchen pots, pans and utensils
- Adheres to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Handles glassware and dishware carefully to prevent breakage
- Empties trash and maintains trash cans
- Assists kitchen staff with pressure point relief during shifts
- Assists with line maintenance, sweeping and clearing dirty dishes
- Helps with prep and banquet items as directed
- Cleans and maintains kitchen, dish areas, floors, walls and drains
- Maintains kitchen storage areas, cleanliness and stocking
- Cleans and maintains mats
- Assists other team members as needed
- Maintains favorable working relationships to foster a positive and cooperative work environment
- Smiles and maintains friendly demeanor during shifts
- Communicates clearly with guests and team members
- Dresses neat, clean and professional at all times
