Job Requirements

Ability to perform essential dishwashing duties
Available to work Monday through Wednesday with rotating weekends and holidays
Willing to work part-time hours
Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards
Valid Food Handler's card preferred
Good physical condition to handle manual labor and standing
Team player attitude and effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience in kitchen or dishwashing preferred but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Good physical stamina to stand and perform repetitive tasks
Willingness to learn and be trained
Valid Food Handler's card preferred

Job Duties

Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment
Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation
Washes pots, pans and trays based on assigned procedures
Polishes silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth depending on assigned equipment and procedures
Ensures compliance with outlined safety procedures
Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards
Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards
