Job Requirements
- Ability to perform essential dishwashing duties
- Available to work Monday through Wednesday with rotating weekends and holidays
- Willing to work part-time hours
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards
- Valid Food Handler's card preferred
- Good physical condition to handle manual labor and standing
- Team player attitude and effective communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in kitchen or dishwashing preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Good physical stamina to stand and perform repetitive tasks
- Willingness to learn and be trained
- Valid Food Handler's card preferred
Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment
- Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation
- Washes pots, pans and trays based on assigned procedures
- Polishes silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth depending on assigned equipment and procedures
- Ensures compliance with outlined safety procedures
- Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards
- Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards
