Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- must be authorized to work in the USA and proper documentation
- minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
- ability to handle multiple priorities
- ability to stand for long periods of time, lift 25 lbs., and bend, climb or work in confined spaces
- possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
- must have organizational and time management skills and demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills

Job Duties
- maintain all aspects of the dish area and dish machine
- use proper pre-soaking procedures, cleaning and following proper chemical usage
- use checklists to ensure proper set-up and close down of each shift
- maintain positive interaction between service staff and other team members
- communicate with, and assist other team members
