Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED preferred
  • must be authorized to work in the USA and proper documentation
  • minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
  • ability to handle multiple priorities
  • ability to stand for long periods of time, lift 25 lbs., and bend, climb or work in confined spaces
  • possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
  • must have organizational and time management skills and demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills

Job Duties

  • maintain all aspects of the dish area and dish machine
  • use proper pre-soaking procedures, cleaning and following proper chemical usage
  • use checklists to ensure proper set-up and close down of each shift
  • maintain positive interaction between service staff and other team members
  • communicate with, and assist other team members
