Job Duties
- Scrape and pre-rinse food from dirty dishes
- Place dishes in the dishwashing machine
- Wash pots, pans, trays, and work area tables by hand or machine
- Clean walls, refrigerator equipment, and cooling equipment
- Clean floors by hand or machine
- Clean garbage cans and trash receptacles and remove trash to dumpster area
- Assemble, maintain, and break down dish machine
