Job Requirements
- Flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work shifts as early as 7 a.m. and as late as 2 a.m.
- State Food Handler's Certification
- Reliable transportation to and from work

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen support role is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen tasks
Job Duties
- Provide clean and sanitized dishes, flatware, pots, and pans
- Maintain dish work areas, equipment, and tools
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards
- Support teammates and contribute to a positive team environment
- Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely
- Manage cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs
- Uphold cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen area
