Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to communicate effectively with others
- ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for long periods up to four hours
- ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- ability to work in hot and damp environments
- possession of finger and hand dexterity for using small tools and equipment
- ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shift
- ability to wash hands frequently with disinfecting soap
- commitment to following health and safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in dishwashing or kitchen sanitation is a plus but not required
- ability to work in a team and follow instructions

Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness of dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen tools
- sanitize kitchen equipment and back-of-house areas
- assist kitchen staff with general utility tasks as needed

- adhere to all health and safety standards and procedures
- lift and handle items up to 50 pounds safely
- work efficiently in hot and damp working conditions
