Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 pounds)
- Capability to stand for long periods, often in a fast-paced environment
- Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching to access dishwashing areas and storage
- Comfortable working in hot, humid conditions typical of a kitchen environment

Job Duties
- Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Organize and maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area
- Assist in the storage of clean dishes and kitchen supplies
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean working environment
- Support kitchen staff by maintaining a steady supply of clean dishes during service
- Help with basic food prep and other kitchen tasks as needed
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
