Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to follow safety and sanitation policies
- ability to work varying shifts including nights and weekends
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
- open availability preferred

Job Duties
- maintain and clean kitchen work areas equipment and utensils
- wash dishes pots by hand or in a machine and polish silverware
- sweep mop and clean floor and remove garbage to designated areas
- wash worktables walls refrigerators and meat blocks
- transfer supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas such as pantry and dish room
- attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
