Job Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is an asset

Job Duties
- Assist in the training and development of new team members
- cooperate, communicate and work effectively as part of a team
- maintain a professional image and proper uniform standards
- ensure dishes, small wares and cutlery are clean and sanitized for guests
- perform cleaning duties throughout the restaurant to maintain cleanliness and sanitation
- follow health and safety standards including proper food safety practices
- maintain dish machine and equipment according to cleaning and maintenance schedules
