Job Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
  • willingness to follow strict hygiene and safety protocols

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Assist in the training and development of new team members
  • cooperate, communicate and work effectively as part of a team
  • maintain a professional image and proper uniform standards
  • ensure dishes, small wares and cutlery are clean and sanitized for guests
  • perform cleaning duties throughout the restaurant to maintain cleanliness and sanitation
  • follow health and safety standards including proper food safety practices
  • maintain dish machine and equipment according to cleaning and maintenance schedules
