Job Requirements
- prior dishwashing experience preferred but not required
- ability to stand for long periods
- availability to work full-time schedule monday through friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
- capable of following safety and sanitation protocols
- willingness to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving supplies
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- legal eligibility to work in the united states
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior dishwashing experience preferred but not required
- ability to follow safety and sanitation standards
- good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
- strong attention to detail

- ability to work well independently and within a team
Job Duties
- scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or in dishwashing machines ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
- washes pots, pans and trays according to assigned procedures
- polishes silverware using burnishing machine, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth
- ensures compliance with safety procedures
- maintains temperatures and chemical levels as per standards
- keeps dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards
- sweeps and mops kitchen floors to meet sanitation standards
- washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces
- removes trash and cleans garbage containers
- transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- helps load and unload supplies and product
- performs other duties as assigned
