Job Duties
- Operates the dish machine to wash dishes, glasses, cups, trays, silverware, and foodservice equipment
- Ensures all cleaned items meet the service standards required for the dining services program
- Sets up and cleans dish machine area
- checks temperatures and soap dispensing levels
- Pour beverages per resident choice as the residents are seated in the dining room for each meal
- Serve meals in courses, removing soiled dishes from one course before providing the next
- Assists cooking and service staff with cleaning of kitchen, food preparation, and service areas
- Bussing tables, changing table linens, and resetting tables following meal service
