Job Duties

  • keep dishes, equipment, service ware, and restaurant property clean according to restaurant standards
  • maintain restaurant work areas in a clean and orderly condition
  • assist other employees as directed by supervisors
  • use dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • manage waste disposal and recycling processes
  • support team efforts in maintaining hospitality standards
