Job Duties
- keep dishes, equipment, service ware, and restaurant property clean according to restaurant standards
- maintain restaurant work areas in a clean and orderly condition
- assist other employees as directed by supervisors
- use dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- manage waste disposal and recycling processes
- support team efforts in maintaining hospitality standards
