Job Requirements

  • Full-time (30 hours or more) or part-time (30 hours or less) availability
  • Flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work shifts ranging from 7 a.m. to 2 a.m. with variable hours
  • State Food Handler's Certification
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to dishwashing
  • Reliable transportation or means to commute
  • Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience helpful but not required
  • Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to sanitation standards
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for hospitality and customer service

Job Duties

  • Provide clean and sanitized dishes, flatware, pots, and pans
  • Maintain dish work areas, equipment, and tools for food service
  • Support kitchen and front-of-house teams by ensuring availability of clean supplies
  • Uphold cleanliness and safety standards consistently
  • Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Remain calm under pressure and act with urgency
  • Collaborate and uplift teammates to foster a positive work environment
