Job Requirements
- Food Handlers permit
- Ability to take initiative
- Current knowledge of occupational safety issues
- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Pass NRWC pre-employment testing
- Ability to work peak business hours
- Ability to obtain a Class II gaming license
- Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
- Must be able to stand or walk for long periods and move within the kitchen
- Ability to tolerate a smoke-filled environment
- Required to be able to reach with hands and arms
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Set up and break down dish machine, including arms, screens, and baskets
- Clean and polish machine thoroughly, removing any paper and hosing down interior
- Check machine to ensure it is operating correctly and report any defects immediately
- Wash and store all dishes, pots, pans, and utensils properly
- Check water temperature during dishwashing operation to ensure proper temperature
- Remove trash from dish room and place in dumpster
- Clean and sanitize garbage cans and maintain clean liners
- Keep dish room area, detergent storage, and belt line neat and clean
- Keep all lowerators clean, polished, and neatly stored
- Perform other duties as assigned
