Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience preferred
- Current Southern Nevada Health District Food Handler Safety Training Card
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide service appropriate to the age of patients served on assigned unit or department
- Commitment to following infection control policies
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in similar role preferred
- Current Southern Nevada Health District Food Handler Safety Training Card
- Ability to work in a healthcare environment with a focus on patient safety
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to hygiene standards
Job Duties
- Properly clean and sanitize all kitchenware and utensils
- Adhere to Southern Nevada Health District food handler safety standards
- Demonstrate knowledge and skills appropriate to the age of patients served
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in food preparation areas
- Support infection control and patient safety protocols
- Collaborate with kitchen and healthcare staff to ensure high service standards
