Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Authorized to work in the USA and proper documentation
- Minimum of 1 year experience in fine dining hospitality or casual dining restaurant
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift 25 lbs, bend, climb or work in confined spaces
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills

Job Duties
- Maintain all aspects of the dish area and dish machine
- Use proper pre-soaking procedures, cleaning and following proper chemical usage
- Use checklists to ensure proper set-up and close down of each shift
- Maintain positive interaction between service staff and other team members
- Communicate with, and assist other team members
