Job Requirements

Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
ability to work well in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking abilities

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in a similar role is a plus
strong teamwork and communication skills
ability to multitask and pay attention to details
basic understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation practices
willingness to learn and take on various tasks

Job Duties

Clean and maintain all restaurant areas
clean and sanitize all dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
operate dishwasher and other equipment safely and correctly
empty all kitchen and other area trash
work as a team supporting cooks with prep work, including making cheddar bay biscuits and other tasks as needed
focus on team and customers: every decision should always consider customers and team
follow all cleaning and safety protocols
