Job Requirements
- Some high school education or equivalent experience
- Previous experience preferred
- Vision ability to see minute objects at arm's length
- Dexterity to grasp dishes, push, pull, carry, and lift racks, carts, and large trash bins
- Ability to understand and follow written or verbal instructions or instruction by example
- Ability to keep breakage to a minimum by handling china, glassware and fragile equipment with care

Job Duties
- Gather dirty dishware from tubs and rinse them for automated washing
- Load dish racks onto belt and operate automatic dish wash machine
- Load dishwashing solutions and regulate detergent output
- Manually scrub pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Polish silver, stainless steel, and pewter food service items
- Maintain automatic dishwashing equipment in good working order
- Keep dish room clean and orderly by sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and organizing shelves
- Mop kitchen floors and clean kitchen surfaces including walls, ceilings, hoods, vents, and ovens
- Gather and dispose of all kitchen trash
- Sweep loading dock and kitchen entrance areas
