Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- ability to lift moderate weights
- positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Duties
- clean and sanitize plates glassware utensils and kitchen equipment
- maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area and surrounding workspaces
- ensure all guest and team member touch points are properly sanitized
- assist kitchen staff by providing clean dishes promptly
- follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- support the team in maintaining a clean and safe restaurant environment
- participate in ongoing training sessions
