Job Requirements
- Able to work 8+ hour shifts while standing or walking for extended periods of time
- Able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to grasp, lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed
- Able to maneuver effectively around the kitchen, restaurant office, and up/downstairs
Job Qualifications
- Servsafe certified
- 1-2 years relevant work experience
- Ability to work quickly and cleanly while still maintaining standards
- Must work well independently and as part of the team
- Ability to multitask and adapt to the ever-changing climate
- Works well under pressure
- Passion for good food and quality customer experiences
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Must be able to legally work in the United States
Job Duties
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition
- Sweep and mop floors as needed throughout the shift
- Make sure trash cans are emptied as needed, and trash cans kept clean
- Assist cooks and prep cooks when necessary
- Clean stoves, ovens, fryers, and all kitchen equipment
