Job Requirements

- reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently

- demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with guests and other team members
- be disciplined and self-motivated
- be dressed according to dress guidelines, neat, clean and professional at all times
- previous maintenance experience at a hotel or restaurant preferred but not required
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of problems or unusual matters of significance and take prompt corrective action or suggest alternatives
- use all chemicals properly in correct quantities for safety and cost control
- safely and correctly operate all equipment
- clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware and glassware
- carefully sort all dishware and flatware to prevent loss or disposal
- clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans and utensils
- adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- carefully handle all glassware and dishware to eliminate breakage
- empty all trash in the kitchen and maintain trash cans
- assist other kitchen staff with pressure point relief during shifts as needed
- assist with line maintenance, sweeping and clearing dirty dishes
- assist with some prep and banquet items as directed by management
- clean and maintain kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls and drains
- assist in maintaining kitchen storage areas, cleanliness and stocking
- clean and maintain all mats
- assist other team members when business needs dictate
- maintain a favorable working relationship with other team members to foster a cooperative and harmonious work climate
- be friendly and smile while working days, nights, and/or weekends as required
