Job Requirements
- must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- ability to multitask and pay attention to detail while working in a team
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role is a plus but not required
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- strong attention to detail
- good communication skills
- basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- clean and maintain all restaurant areas
- clean and sanitize all dishes, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils
- operate dishwashers and other equipment safely and correctly
- empty all kitchen and other area trash
- support cooks with prep work, including preparing Cheddar Bay Biscuits
- focus on team and customers by considering their needs in every decision
- follow all cleaning and safety protocols
