Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds safely
- Capability to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team
- Attention to detail and multitasking ability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain all restaurant areas
- Clean and sanitize all dishware, utensils, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen tools
- Operate the dishwasher and other equipment safely and correctly
- Empty all kitchen and other trash bins
- Work as a team supporting cooks with prep work and making Cheddar Bay Biscuits
- Focus on the team and customers in every decision
- Follow all cleaning and safety protocols
