Job Requirements
- Minimum age requirement and authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capability to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- Ability to work cooperatively with the team
- Willingness to comply with all cleaning and safety protocols
- Physical ability to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodations
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Prior experience in dishwashing or kitchen support preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation practices a plus
- Basic communication skills
- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
Job Duties
- Cleaning and maintaining all restaurant areas
- Cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils
- Operating the dishwasher and other equipment safely and correctly
- Emptying kitchen and other area trash bins
- Supporting cooks with prep work and making Cheddar Bay Biscuits
- Focusing on teamwork and customer service in every decision
- Following all cleaning and safety protocols
