Job Requirements
- strong oral communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- previous restaurant, catering, or bakery experience preferred
- reliable transportation required
- ability to remain on feet and lift 40+ pounds throughout shifts of up to 10 hours
- must be able to work in a fast paced, high volume, open kitchen environment
- eagerness to learn and grow with a range of advancement opportunities within the company

Job Duties
- assist the kitchen manager and cooks in creating an exceptional experience for hardywood's customers
- operate a mechanical dishwashing machine while assisting with hand washing and sanitizing of a wide range of smallwares, utensils, and cooking tools
- organize, maintain, and clean all food storage areas
- assist with occasional beer dinners at hardywood's richmond or west creek breweries, or off-site
- report to the kitchen manager and assist with additional tasks throughout the brewery as needed
