Job Duties
- wash dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment using dishwasher machines and manual cleaning techniques
- ensure all kitchenware is sanitized and stored properly
- maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen
- communicate effectively with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely availability of clean items
- follow all health and safety guidelines
- assist with other kitchen duties as needed
- contribute to a cooperative and respectful team environment
