Job Requirements
- Meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capability to stand for shifts lasting 8 to 12 hours
- ability to work collaboratively in a team
- attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- Basic literacy and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- willing to learn and perform multiple tasks
- previous experience in restaurant cleaning operations is a plus
- effective time management skills
- strong attention to detail
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain all restaurant areas
- clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking tools
- operate dishwasher and other equipment safely and correctly
- empty all kitchen trash and other area waste
- work as a team supporting cooks with preparation tasks including Cheddar Bay Biscuits
- focus on team and customer satisfaction
- follow all cleaning and safety protocols
