Job Requirements
- entry level position with on-the-job training
- minors under 18 must obtain a valid work permit if required by state law
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must comply with safety and sanitation regulations
- physical capability to handle repetitive tasks and heavy lifting
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- set up and breakdown the dishwashing area including preparing and breaking down the dish machine and scraping area
- work collaboratively with other dishwashers as a team
- scrape, rack, and wash service ware and pots
- return cleaned service ware to established storage areas
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing station
- follow safety and sanitation protocols
- assist with inventory control and reporting any equipment issues
