Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation to work
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
Ability to stand for extended periods
Availability for flexible scheduling
Willingness to comply with health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience a plus
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting

Job Duties

Maintain a guest focus and a positive attitude
Communicate clearly
Knowledge of basic dish machine operations
Assume 100% responsibility for cleanliness of dishes, glassware, tableware, pans, utensils, etc.
Lift, place, and then remove loaded racks of dishes, glassware, etc., into and from dish machine
Wash pots, pans and trays by hand when necessary
Remove and empty loaded trash cans into proper receptacle
Clean floors at end of night
Comply with all company guidelines regarding food safety and personal safety
Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation to include tables, shelves, floors, equipment, etc.
Complete required tasks within assigned time frames
Assist in other areas of facility performing maintenance, cleanliness, etc. as assigned
Follow all opening/closing procedures for dish area as assigned
Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently
Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
