Job Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area and equipment
- Ensure all kitchen utensils and cookware are available for kitchen use
- Follow sanitation policies and procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Assist with receiving and storing inventory as needed
- Dispose of waste according to regulations
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management
