Job Requirements

Must be able to stand for long periods
Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds regularly
Must be well groomed and neatly dressed in clean uniform
Ability to follow health safety and sanitation standards
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience preferred
Reliable and punctual

Job Duties

Set up and break down dish machine including arms screens and baskets
Clean and polish dish machine including removing paper and hosing down interior
Check machine operation and report defects immediately
Wash and store all dishes trays utensils cups and small equipment
Check water temperature during dishwashing operation
Remove trash from dish room and clean and sanitize trash cans
Clean and maintain dish room detergent storage area employee restrooms and break area
Keep all storage equipment clean polished and neatly organized
Follow all health safety sanitation and security standards
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
