Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar position is an asset
  • Availability to work nights and weekends

  • Reliable transportation or means to attend assigned shifts

Job Duties

  • Run dishes and silverware through dish machine following proper procedures
  • Clean and maintain certain equipment and areas as designated by management
  • Keep dish room clean at all times
  • Keep sufficient supply of china, silverware, trays, cups, and glasses during service periods
  • Clean dish machine after every meal
  • Sweep and mop dish room floor at the end of each day and empty mop bucket
  • De-lime the dish machine once a week
