Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a similar position is an asset
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- Ability to follow strict sanitary and chemical use protocols
- Physical capability to meet job demands
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and hospitality standards
- Reliable transportation or means to attend assigned shifts

Job Duties
- Run dishes and silverware through dish machine following proper procedures
- Clean and maintain certain equipment and areas as designated by management
- Keep dish room clean at all times
- Keep sufficient supply of china, silverware, trays, cups, and glasses during service periods
- Clean dish machine after every meal
- Sweep and mop dish room floor at the end of each day and empty mop bucket
- De-lime the dish machine once a week
