Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
one plus years of experience in high volume culinary or hospitality environment
current food handler's card and required certifications
basic knowledge of food equipment and kitchenware handling
ability to perform cleaning, sanitizing, and stocking duties
physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently
ability to bend, stoop, kneel frequently
ability to stand for the duration of the shift
capability to maneuver hand carts, blenders, knives, slicers, and other kitchen tools
willingness to work scheduled shifts determined by business needs

Job Qualifications

One plus years of high volume culinary or hospitality experience
current food handler's card and other certification as required by federal, state, or local law
basic knowledge of restaurant skills including food, equipment, kitchenware, and tableware storage and rotation
proper cleaning, sanitizing, and stocking of plateware, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
general housekeeping duties such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
high school diploma or GED
willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business

demonstrate genuine hospitality and team player skills to promote culinary success
foster cleanliness by sanitizing tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment
keep the dishroom and equipment clean and organized
ensure safety, cleanliness, and sanitation of the kitchen by maintaining specified agency standards
