Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in kitchen or dining cleaning preferred
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Strong attention to detail
- Good physical stamina to perform duties including lifting and standing
- Effective communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Maintain kitchen and dining areas in clean and orderly condition
- Wash, clean, sanitize, and store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other equipment
- Clean floors and assigned areas
- Provide high level of customer service and promote a restaurant style dining atmosphere
- Work closely with Director of Culinary Services or Executive Director to ensure resident satisfaction with dining programs
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, safety, and sanitation at all times
- Wash and store dishes and equipment according to policies
- Keep dish room neat, clean, and sanitary
- Clean kitchen floors by sweeping and mopping and empty trash
- Assist in preparation and execution of dining enhancement programs
- Maintain dish machine cleanliness and sanitizing standards
- Follow assigned cleaning schedules
- Assist with transportation and storage of food and supplies
- Support cooks and wait staff as needed
- Adhere to quality enhancement and food safety standards
- Assist with special events, banquets, and themed meals
- Attend pre-meal kitchen stand up
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
