Job Requirements

  • Meet minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, squat and safely carry up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hours per shift
  • ability to work effectively in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • commitment to following cleaning and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is advantageous
  • ability to operate dishwashing equipment effectively
  • strong attention to cleanliness and detail
  • good teamwork and communication skills
  • ability to follow safety and hygiene standards
  • ability to handle a physically demanding job

Job Duties

  • Clean and maintain all restaurant areas
  • clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen tools
  • operate dishwashing machines and other equipment safely and correctly
  • empty all kitchen and other area trash
  • support cooks with prep work including making Cheddar Bay Biscuits and other tasks as needed
  • focus on team and guest satisfaction in all decisions
  • follow all cleaning and safety protocols
