Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, squat and safely carry up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hours per shift
- ability to work effectively in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking ability
- commitment to following cleaning and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is advantageous
- ability to operate dishwashing equipment effectively
- strong attention to cleanliness and detail
- good teamwork and communication skills
- ability to follow safety and hygiene standards
- ability to handle a physically demanding job
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain all restaurant areas
- clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen tools
- operate dishwashing machines and other equipment safely and correctly
- empty all kitchen and other area trash
- support cooks with prep work including making Cheddar Bay Biscuits and other tasks as needed
- focus on team and guest satisfaction in all decisions
- follow all cleaning and safety protocols
