Job Duties

Set up and break down the dishwashing area
Prepare and clean dish machine and scraping area
Scrape, rack, and wash service ware, pots, and kitchen equipment
Return cleaned items to established storage areas
Work collaboratively with other dishwashers as a team
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dishwashing area
Follow safety and operational protocols
