Job Requirements

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Willingness to perform manual tasks and operate cleaning equipment
Job Duties
- Operate and maintain the dish washing equipment, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- Assist with the organization and stocking of clean dishes, glassware, cookware, utensils and storage containers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the dish washing station and surrounding areas
- Maintain clean / dry floors throughout the shift
- Change water of machines and sinks as mandated, or more often as required by business levels, and properly uses chemical dilutions set by management
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including the proper handling and disposal of kitchen waste throughout their shift
- Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned by Kitchen Lead
