Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is a plus but not required
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to follow safety protocols and handle chemicals safely
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
Job Duties
- Wash and clean tableware, kitchen and cooking equipment
- keep dish room and equipment clean and organized
- stock kitchen with clean tableware
- ensure cleanliness of work areas, bathrooms, trash cans, floors, parking lots, back dock and kitchen
- handle and use chemicals and dishwashing machinery according to safety standards
- assist in food preparation and other duties as requested
