Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Previous dishwashing or restaurant experience preferred
- Reading, writing, and verbal communication skills required
- Capable of using knives, slicing equipment, and other food preparation equipment
- Ability to read and follow food order slips or verbal instructions
- Ability to prepare and cook food according to instructions
- Ability to work physically demanding tasks including crouching, standing, walking, kneeling, stooping, lifting 50+ pounds
- Ability to work in variable environmental conditions such as heat, cold, wet, dry, noise, fumes, and chemical exposure
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

- Operate dishwashing equipment and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area
- Follow safety and hygiene standards in handling food and kitchen tools
- Assist in taking out trash and maintaining cleanliness outside the kitchen
