Job Requirements

  • must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours
  • ability to work well in a team setting with attention to detail and ability to multitask

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in a similar dishwashing or utility role is an asset
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness
  • commitment to customer service and teamwork

Job Duties

  • cleaning and maintaining all restaurant areas
  • cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
  • operating the dishwasher and other equipment safely and correctly
  • emptying all kitchen and other trash
  • working as part of a team supporting cooks with prep work, including preparing Cheddar Bay Biscuits and other tasks as needed
  • focusing on the team and customers by making decisions that consider their needs
  • following all cleaning and safety protocols
