- must be available to work a flexible schedule
- ability to read, write, and understand English
- sufficient manual dexterity of hands and arms to use all kitchen equipment
- ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull and work continuously without sitting for extended periods of time
- ability to lift or carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- one year or more fine dining or restaurant experience preferred
- ability to read, write, and understand English
- sufficient manual dexterity to operate kitchen equipment
- physical ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, and pull
- ability to lift or carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing machines
- ensure dishes are properly sanitized according to health standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- assist kitchen staff with additional cleaning tasks as needed
- safely load and operate dishwashing machines
- adhere to all safety and sanitation policies
- support efficient kitchen operations through timely cleaning and maintenance
