Job Requirements
- Partial high school education
- Ability to maintain strong sanitation habits
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand for the entire work day
- Ability to work in wet, slippery, hot, and damp environments
- Ability to communicate verbally in English
- Willingness to report safety issues immediately to management
- Availability to work hourly at $13.50 pay rate
Job Qualifications
- Partial high school education
- High school diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred
- Strong sanitation habits
- Strong customer service abilities
- Ability to recognize when a problem has occurred and communicate it to management
- Physical ability to bend, lift, carry, push, and stand for long periods
- Ability to work in wet and slippery conditions
- Ability to work in hot and damp environments
- Ability to withstand temperature extremes
- Ability to read and write work-related documents in English
- Ability to understand and communicate clearly in English
Job Duties
- Wash dishes, utensils, trays, and cooking supplies using proper sanitation procedures
- Pull trash from trash receptacles
- Replace trash bags as needed
- Clear trash from tables and floors/grounds
- Clean floor area of any spillage of water, detergent and/or food stuffs per safety and sanitation guidelines
- Fill condiments, utensils, and other supplies with stock as needed
- Load and unload inventory from trucks
- Stock storeroom
- Maintain the kitchen, serving, and dining areas in clean and orderly condition at all times by sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, wiping counters and equipment and organizing shelves
- Maintain awareness of safety issues and report them immediately to management
