Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience working as a dishwasher is an asset
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in dishwashing or a similar role preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to follow health and safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Provide clean, sparkling silverware and dishes to the guest
  • Clean the inside of the restaurant to provide a pleasant, safe environment for guests and co-workers
  • Clean around the outside of the building and the parking lot
  • Check, clean, and stock the rest rooms
  • Empty trash into the dumpster and keep the dumpster, trash cans and back dock area clean
  • Thoroughly clean and organize the utility area
  • Perform duty roster and ensure cleanliness, services, and quality standards are met
  • Follow local health department laws
  • Stock cook, line, and server areas with appropriate glasses, silverware, and dishes
  • Maintain excellent organization, speed, and cleanliness
  • Bring equipment and facility problems to the attention of the Manager
  • Know and follow position responsibilities as they relate to just-in-time delivery
