Job Requirements
- Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
- ability to lift pots, pans, etc., up to 50 pounds in weight
- ability to place plates, utensils, pans and cases on high and low shelves
- mobility required during the entire shift
- must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to eight (8) hours in length
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
- previous dishwashing or restaurant experience preferred
- available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Washing dishes through automatic dish machine
- restocking dishes
- trash removal
- kitchen and service floor maintenance
- maintaining dining room and kitchen sanitation
- adhering to health, kitchen safety and sanitation standards
