Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years of age unless otherwise required by state law
ability to remain standing for extended periods
capacity to bend, squat, kneel, and lift up to 40 pounds for short distances
ability to work with hot water and in environments with elevated air temperature
ability to work in varying noise levels
effective communication with managers and team members

Job Duties

arrive on time in full uniform and ready to work
work directly with team members to ensure all needs are met in a timely manner
maintain proper food handling procedures and ensure sanitation of work areas, complying with food handling requirements
work closely with team members to ensure safety and sanitation protocols are followed according to company standards
collect bus tubs and dirty dishes from both FOH and BOH areas
ensure a steady supply of clean dishes, glassware, and utensils for cooks, servers, and bartenders
re-stock areas for easy access by other staff members
provide support to cooks as needed, including occasional station assignments
communicate with fellow team members and management to stay informed and ensure smooth operations
maintain clean and organized work areas, including sweeping and mopping when necessary
assist with overall kitchen cleanliness, including taking out trash
complete running and end-of-shift side work, ensuring work areas are stocked and ready for the next dishwasher
notify management immediately of any potential problems or issues
