Job Duties
- wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dishwashing areas
- organize and store clean dishes and utensils properly
- assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed
- dispose of trash and recycling and maintain waste areas clean
- follow safety and hygiene guidelines consistently
- report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs
